Our CEO Alessandro Mantell established Mantell Associates in January 2019 as a one-man team. In the early stages Alessandro worked out of a hotel room by himself, working to build up his existing client base and get ready to expand and grow.
After working for 6 months on his own, Alessandro began to expand MA and a small team of 4 moved into an office space in Clapham Common. This time period marked the initial growth of the MA team.
After less than a year in the Clapham office the team outgrew the space, and made the move into the City. Based on Leadenhall Street in the heart of the City, we had two internal office moves as MA kept rapidly growing.
Despite COVID-19 MA continued to grow, both in size and success, through 2020 and 2021. As a result, we moved into brand new offices in the heart of the city. We are now at a headcount of 40 people and continuing to grow.
In April we officially set up our new office in Zug, Switzerland – a huge step for Mantell Associates in expanding our presence across Europe.
To build and increase our US presence, we officially opened up our US office in Miami, Florida!
We knocked down several walls to expand our UK office, with a vision of growing to a team of 60+ in the UK along, and 80+ globally in 2023.
