Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a Diagnostics organisation in their search for a Territory Sales Manager, to grow current customer accounts and continue the growth of the company brand.

 

Territory Sales Manager – Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales within the designated territory
  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, video call, webinar, virtual product shows/conferences (and in the future: in-person meetings, presentations, product shows/conferences) to promote company offerings
  • Discover and reach out to new potential clients and cultivate strong long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
  • Work closely with internal departments to provide high-level technical support and guidance to the customer
  • Demonstrate strong product/service knowledge and maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellent customer service

 

Territory Sales Manager – Requirements:

  • Degree in a scientific discipline 
  • 3 – 5 years experience selling Biomarkers across the region
  • Experience in Sales / account management within the Pharmaceutical / Life Science space
  • Experienced with selling and presenting detailed scientific subjects in a clear and understandable manner
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
