Mantell Associates is partnered with a Pharmaceutical organisation who are searching for a Team Lead Project Manager.
Team Lead Project Manager – Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordination and implementation of pharmaceutical development and transfer projects as well as nutritional supplements, medical devices and dietetics projects
- Creation of project plans in MS Projects as well as planning, execution and monitoring of all project-related activities
- Contact person for customers within the framework of project management and project processing
- Coordinating and ensuring the optimal implementation of all development projects
- Participation in the creation and revision of technical documents such as dossiers, technical files and official letters of defects
- Budget planning and evaluation of budget data
- Induction plans and support of new employees
Team Lead Project Manager – Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in natural sciences
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the regulated pharmaceutical environment (GMP) and in the area of product development/optimization
- At least 1 year of leadership experience with acquired knowledge and skills in employee management
- Innovative, solution-oriented and cost-conscious thinking
- Strong hands-on mentality, decision-making and assertiveness
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- PC knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
