Project Change Consultant – Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless integration of project modifications
- Identify, assess, and monitor project risks, devising strategies to mitigate potential impacts on scope, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to align project objectives with organizational goals
- Lead regular risk reviews and update the risk register, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of potential challenges and solutions
- Provide comprehensive reporting to senior management on change and risk performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and pharmaceutical industry best practices
Project Change Consultant – Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 8+ years experience in change and risk management for large-scale capital construction projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP standards within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in risk management tools and software, such as Primavera Risk Analysis or similar
