Mantell Associates is currently representing a leading life science firm in an incredibly exciting period of growth for the business, looking for a Partner/Senior Principal to support their capabilities and continue their growth.

Partner/Senior Principal – Responsibilities:

• Be an integral member of the leadership team, helping grow the business
• Define the objective and scope of strategy engagements and client deliverables
• Lead teams in the execution of both commercial due diligence and strategy engagements
• Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimisation
• Build, manage and grow a global practice while driving operational excellence and cost saving for the companies global clients
• Driving the execution of strategic account plans; with internal teams for assigned accounts to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Scaling internal functions and contributing to the development of a fast-growing organisation
• Act as a leader of our client relationships, to shape the client work, to attract/build/develop talents, and to manage and develop a practice

Partner/Senior Principal – Requirements:

• At a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance and strong leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams on complex assignments and develop individual team members
• Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, device or life sciences tools
• Previous management consulting experience is required
• Track record in Business Development
• Experience leading teams of Consultants
