Mantell Associates is partnered with an innovative Medical Device organisation, who are searching for an Operational Quality Manager.
Operational Quality Manager – Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Quality Manager, responsible for managing the Operational Quality team of 7 people
- Responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and performance of manufactured products, and for ensuring the release of batches of finished products onto the market in compliance with current regulations
- Responsible for ensuring the application of good manufacturing practices and contribute directly to the development of quality culture within the company
- Work closely with the Quality Manager, manage the activities of the Operational Quality team through monitoring and performance indicators, and consequently define the actions to be implemented and the associated priorities
- Ensure that deviations and customer complaints are processed within the required timeframes and assess the necessary corrective and preventive actions
- A driving force and a key player in continuous improvement processes
- Act as point of contact for other departments to represent Operational Quality in the company’s key projects
Operational Quality Manager – Requirements:
- Engineer or Pharmacist, with at least 5 years’ experience in similar roles in the field of health products (Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industry)
- Experience managing and developing the motivation of a dynamic team
- Hands-on person who knows how to interact easily with all the functions of the company
- Know how to make Quality decisions in a challenging environment
- Know how to represent the rigor of Quality and take on the responsibilities that fall to you in a challenging field of activity
- Fluent in French & English
