Mantell Associates is partnered with an innovative organisation for integrated therapies. To enhance their team, they are searching for an International Market Access Manager.
International Market Access Manager – Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for US Market Access team for all product-related market access topics
- Critical role in supporting the launch planning and execution for US product entry
- Provide cross-functionally aligned product materials to the US-team to support the development of US market access and pricing strategies and related tactics
- In collaboration with the US market access team, you develop value propositions for products
- Critically review and approve the pricing and reimbursement materials developed by the US team
- Sparring partner for the US team to discuss market access challenges and solution development
- To enhance product adoption, you support the US team to develop customised value messages for payers and providers and for use in patient initiatives
- Provide support for health economics evidence generation based on US market data
- Assess pricing and reimbursement potential in the US for development compounds and/or licensing assets
- As active member of global brand teams, foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of HEOR/market access strategies with commercial and medical function taking into consideration the US perspective
International Market Access Manager – Requirements:
- University degree in natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, with a focus in Market Access and HEOR US Market
- Access experience is a must, with thorough understanding of the payer environment and the pricing and reimbursement mechanisms in the US
- Additional European market access experience a plus
- Self-motivating personality with willingness to learn, can-do attitude and hands-on approach
- High-level project management and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and deliver to deadlines and budget
- Proven ability to work in a matrix environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
