Mantell Associates is exclusively partnered with a Cell Therapy CDMO in their search for a Logistics Associate to join their growing team.

 

Logistics Associate – Responsibilities:

  • Involved in strategies to optimize material flow and inventory control processes across the organization
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and robust inventory management systems
  • Involved in all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, kitting, and shipping to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with manufacturing, procurement, planning, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on business goals
  • Champion a culture of collaboration and proactive communication to resolve warehouse and logistics challenges effectively
  • Apply operational excellence principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste
  • Be part of a high-performing team, contributing to a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth

 

Logistics Associate – Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering discipline
  • Graduate studies and/or certification in supply chain management is a plus
  • Strong experience in logistics, material control, and warehouse operations
  • Experience in a GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment; Cell Therapy (preferred) or large molecule CDMOs
  • Proven track record in warehouse operations 
  • Working knowledge of operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across functions
  • Broad understanding of GMP quality systems and procedures
  • On-site presence is required to facilitate real-time collaboration and ensure operational effectiveness
