Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading Cell Therapy CDMO who are searching for an Inside Sales & Business Development Manager to join their growing team.
Inside Sales & Business Development Manager – Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities with biopharmaceutical companies and research institutions in the cell therapy space
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads, converting them into qualified opportunities
- Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs, and aligning them with our capabilities
- Collaborate with technical, operational, and regulatory teams to provide clients with comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets aligned with company growth objectives
Inside Sales & Business Development Manager – Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management within the biopharmaceutical or CDMO industry
- Deep understanding of cell therapy development and manufacturing processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
