Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a growing Life Sciece organisation on their search for a HR Manager to join the company.
HR Manager – Responsibilities:
- Approve and manage all holidays of employees
- Assist with processing and record keeping related to hiring, separation, leave, transfer and promotion of employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer, including assisting with legal cases and contracts
- Assist with opening new offices and contracts involved
- Handle contracts with partner organisations and clients
- Manage various benefits and incentives for employees
- Manage various HR programs
HR Manager – Requirements:
- Strong HR Generalist, HR Business Partnering, or related experience
- Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great communication skills
- A positive, flexible attitude
