Director of MSAT – Responsibilities:
- Lead the MSAT team in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for clinical and commercial production
- Oversee technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing and from manufacturing to commercial sites
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability of manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and support regulatory submissions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards
Director of MSAT – Requirements:
- Advanced degree in life sciences, chemical engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in MSAT, process development, or manufacturing in a clinical or biopharmaceutical environment
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Deep knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and technical transfer best practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
