Our client is looking to ramp up its Commercial team with a new Associate Director of Business Development to drive its CDMO business growth in Europe.
Associate Director of Business Development – Responsibilities:
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets, to expand the company’s reach and impact
- Be accountable for Sales/BD goals and the continued growth of the organisation’s sales region aligned with the overall company strategy.
- Actively drive engagement with clients and foster long-term relationships
- Provide forecasting and detailed reports to senior management to track commercial progress
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients and raising awareness of the company’s services to increase revenue
- Involved in project acquisition – negotiate contracts, generate client proposals and bids, and close deals to meet business objectives
Associate Director of Business Development – Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Masters or PhD preferred
- 4+ years of proven experience as a high-performing Sales / Business Development expert within the Small Molecule Contract Manufacturing Field
