Mantell Associates are proudly partnered with a Globally recognized leading CDMO in their search for an Analytical Development Technical Lead to join their team.
Analytical Development Technical Lead – Responsibilities:
- Have an excellent understanding of current internal procedures and regulatory aspects of the job
- Maintain current knowledge of technical activities and advancements in technology related to the job and actively contribute to the implementation of best practices
- Actively participate in customer visits and audits and to give presentations where necessary
- Assist the BD team with technical input for the generation of quotations and change orders as required
- Carry out regular laboratory equipment calibration and performance checks as per appropriate SOPs/AOIs
- Record data ensuring it is attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original and accurate
- To provide technical management of assigned complex projects
- Monitor and measure the progress of projects to provide regular KPI metrics
Analytical Development Technical Lead – Requirements:
- 5 GCSE (or equivalent) passes, grades A-C, including Mathematics and English Language or leaving certificate
- Degree level qualification in an Analytical/Chemistry related discipline or equivalent experience
- Higher Level Qualification in relevant discipline, including significant industry experience, may be considered in Lieu of Degree Qualification
- Previous relevant laboratory experience
- Previous experience in a GMP/GLP environment
- Working knowledge of multiple laboratory techniques and ability to trouble shoot
- Postgraduate level qualification (or equivalent) in a related discipline
- Previous experience within a supervisory role
- Experience in method development and/or validation
