Our partnership service, as per the name, is our shared risk service offering and our more popular service offering which enables our key partners’ positions to take priority. With our Partnership service offering, the risk is shared between both yourself and Mantell Associates, and this in-depth search is broken down into a few key stages, including ‘Market Mapping’ and ‘Candidate Identification’. We manage all aspects of the candidate process, from interview through to offer stage and typically this search model is completed with the final interactive shortlist submitted within 10 days of signing the agreement.
Our Contingency service is a no win no fee option – it is an option where the entire risk is taken by Mantell Associates and is a ‘success only’ search. This means that our entire search which includes highlighting and speaking with candidates, booking interviews, managing the process and feedback calls, closing the candidate, managing the offer and counteroffers, is free of charge until the candidate signs employment documentation with your business. Candidate CVs are sent 1-by-1 and on an ad hoc basis.
Our Project Management Partnership service is run the same way as our Partnership service in terms of presentation & timeframes. However, this service is tailored to bulk projects from 10 positions upwards. We have experience running bulk projects of over 100 positions at one time across a range of different verticals, locations & hiring managers with outstanding success.
Our Contract service is an agreement in order for Mantell Associates to supply contractors on a temporary, part-time or full-time basis. This is a flexible solution in which Mantell Associates works within an agreed all-inclusive budget to supply contractors/freelancers to your business. This service is free of charge and only requires payment in the form of an invoice upon receiving an approved timesheet from the contractor once they have started employment.
